2026 Camp Lineup
Stars & Stripes Week (June 29 – July 3)
Kick off the summer with bold, patriotic creativity. Campers explore color theory, printmaking, and symbolic design through projects inspired by American themes, flags, and iconic imagery. Expect hands-on work with painting, stencil design, and simple print techniques.
Shark Week (July 6 – July 10)
Dive into ocean-inspired art with a focus on movement, texture, and form. Students create sharks and sea life through drawing, painting, and sculptural builds while learning how to construct dynamic compositions and expressive textures.
Street Art & Graffiti Camp (July 13 – July 17)
A high-energy favorite. Students learn letter structure, fills, outlines, and style development using markers and paint (no spray paint). Campers design their own names and complete bold, large-format graffiti-style artwork.
Ancient Worlds & Archaeology (July 20 – July 24)
Travel back in time through art. Campers explore ancient symbols, textures, and materials, creating projects inspired by Egyptian, cave, and early civilizations — including casting, carving, and relief-style designs.
Comics & Character Design (July 27 – July 31)
Bring characters to life. Students learn figure basics, expressions, and storytelling, developing their own characters and comic panels while building drawing confidence and narrative skills.
Fashion & Creative Design (August 3 – August 7)
Where art meets style. Campers explore pattern design, wearable art, and visual styling, working on sketching, fabric concepts, and custom-designed pieces using print and mixed media.
Stop Motion & Digital Illustration (August 10 – August 14)
A blend of traditional and digital art. Students create simple animations and digital illustrations, learning the fundamentals of motion, sequencing, and visual storytelling using accessible tools.
Splatter & Pour Art Lab (August 17 – August 21)
A fast-paced, experimental week focused on color, motion, and abstract techniques. Campers explore splatter, pour, and fluid painting methods while learning control, layering, and composition.
Sculpture & 3D Build Camp (August 24 – August 28)
Build it, shape it, create it. Students work with cardboard, clay, and mixed materials to construct 3D pieces while learning structure, balance, and form.
Nature-Inspired Art Camp (August 31 – September 4)
Close out the summer with organic inspiration. Campers explore natural textures, patterns, and forms, creating artwork based on plants, landscapes, and the environment using a variety of mediums.
What Makes Our Camps Different
At The Art District Academy, we believe:
Students come to class to learn skills — not just complete projects.
That means every activity is designed to:
Build foundational techniques
Reinforce artistic concepts
Improve confidence through repetition and structure
Limited Spots Available
To maintain a high-quality experience, each camp has limited capacity.
